To access certain features of Acre, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend:

Refunds

Your Content

Data Export

You may export your data at any time through the platform's export features. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it may be permanently deleted.

No Warranties

ACRE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acre and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds unless otherwise required by law.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• You fail to pay subscription fees when due
• We discontinue the service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent
